Our story
Anchor Financial Partners began with a career built around one question: How can better financial insight help an organization move forward?
For nearly three decades, I’ve worked in accounting and finance, ultimately serving as a CFO and seeing firsthand what happens behind the numbers—tight deadlines, difficult decisions, rapid growth, changing priorities, and the constant challenge of balancing today’s needs with tomorrow’s goals.
Over the years, I learned that good financial management is about much more than producing reports. It is about creating clarity when things feel complicated, asking the right questions, and giving leaders the information and confidence they need to make better decisions.
After years of leading finance from inside organizations, I decided it was time to build something of my own. Anchor Financial Partners was born from that decision—and from a desire to bring experienced financial leadership to more businesses in a flexible, practical way.
Today, I work with business owners and leadership teams who want more than someone to keep the books. They want a financial partner who understands their business, sees the bigger picture, and can help them move forward.
The name Anchor reflects what I hope we provide: a steady financial foundation that gives businesses the confidence to grow, adapt, and navigate what comes next.

My expertise spans financial strategy, cash flow optimization, operational excellence, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational transformation. I am passionate about helping organizations build scalable systems, make confident decisions, and turn ambitious goals into measurable results.
Meet the founder
LeeAnn Yang, CPA
I’ve spent nearly three decades in accounting and finance, including years serving as a CFO & COO and helping organizations navigate growth, change, and complex financial decisions.
Throughout my career, I’ve seen a common challenge: many growing organizations need experienced financial leadership, but they may not need—or be ready for—a full-time CFO. What they often need is someone who can step in, understand the business, bring clarity to the numbers, and help leadership make better decisions.
That realization inspired me to create Anchor Financial Partners.
I bring the perspective of someone who has sat on the other side of the table—responsible for the numbers, the people, the decisions, and ultimately the results. I understand that financial management isn’t just about spreadsheets. It’s about understanding the business behind the numbers and helping leaders move forward with confidence.
Today, I work with a mix of growing organizations, bringing practical CFO-level experience together with modern technology and AI-enabled solutions. I believe the best client relationships are built on trust, thoughtful questions, and a genuine commitment to helping the business succeed.
I don’t believe in simply telling clients what their numbers are. I want to help them understand what their numbers are telling them.
